Biological Solutions
Our mineral nanoparticles are a complex blend of naturally-occurring elements with extraordinary synergy for re-mediating wastewater. It affects the environment of wastewater systems, creating a floc so tough that it will floc again and again.
Sludge Drying
Encore Earth takes the remaining wastewater sludge with ”Forever Chemicals” in it and then dewater it and dry it with our unique closed-loop system to 90% solids. The captured water from the drying process is used in the plasma generator.
Elimination
Our process is completed with EPA approved plasma generators and gasifier that use minimal energy, trap contaminants (including "Forever Chemicals") and even convert the remaining heat into power to generate our process. The end result is reusable building materials, such as cement.
THE DANGERS OF "FOREVER CHEMICALS"
Decades ago, companies began creating chemicals that are now spread throughout the world, and causing harm to people and animals.
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a group of man-made chemicals that includes PFOA, PFOS and GenX chemicals. These chemicals are very persistent in the environment and in the human body and are often referred to as “forever chemicals”.
These chemicals must be removed entirely from the earth, in a safe, clean, energy-efficient, carbon-negative way.
